Job Summary
Schedule and deliver world-class service training programs for field engineers while driving issue resolution processes for technical support challenges. Lead a global team of technical support specialists and manage service depot operations, including scheduling repairs, refurbishment, and parts programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products and strengthen design-for-service initiatives, fostering continuous improvement and high performance standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols across all service activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in tech support management
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team of tech support specialists and/or field service engineers
- Strong understanding of service delivery in a technical environment
- Experience within the healthcare, life sciences, or related industries
