Global Tax Manager

Job Summary
Manage tax compliance and provision processes by coordinating with outside firms to gather data for book/tax adjustments, UNICAP, and state filings. Prepare and review tax packages for US and foreign locations, maintaining deferred tax balances, effective rate calculations, and contingency reserves. Monitor local compliance filings, transfer pricing analysis, and cash/book tax forecasting while overseeing performance of a direct report. Respond to governmental tax authority queries and support income and indirect tax audits. Perform tax planning research for business transactions and changing rules. Collaborate with Finance and other departments to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of experience
- 3 years of recent formal supervisory experience
- Strong tax compliance, research and accounting skills
- Strong analytical, writing and organizational skills
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Extensive experience with Excel
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Hybrid office schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
