Job Summary
Global Tax Director leads the global tax function for a multinational consumer brand, overseeing all tax activities and partnering with Senior Financial Leadership to develop a world-class tax function. The role requires a graduate degree (MBA/MST/MA preferred) and a CPA, with 10+ years of experience in a large corporate setting and supervisory experience of a tax team. The position is based in Chicago in a hybrid work model and emphasizes strategic tax planning, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- CPA required
- graduate degree (MBA/MST/MA) preferred
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a medium to large corporate setting
- supervisory experience with a tax team
- experience with CPG or global, matrixed manufacturing organizations a plus
