Job Summary
Global Talent Sourcing & TA Research Specialist within Johnson Controls’ Global Talent Acquisition. Drive, define, and strategize talent pipelines and research to support recruitment initiatives; partner with recruitment teammates to identify passive candidates and build out talent research portfolios; implement new processes and recruiting strategies aligned with diversity and inclusion; provide innovative, scalable sourcing solutions; lead meetings with recruiting teams and hiring managers; utilize Boolean search techniques; compile and analyze data to inform business decisions; develop talent pipelines for D&I initiatives; leverage CRM/ATS to maintain a top-talent database across functions; act as a brand ambassador to promote employer value through multi-channel outreach across target markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 8+ years of proven experience in global recruitment or global talent sourcing
- Strong experience in sourcing related activities to help drive talent into the organization
- Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, talent sourcing with emphasis on diversity and inclusion
- Strong skills in talent research and sourcing, social media recruiting and other techniques to identify and engage with talent
- Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active
