Job Summary
Source exceptional candidates across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative networking techniques. Conduct virtual screening interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit, then prepare professional candidate packages with screening summaries, strengths, and hiring recommendations. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines before needs arise, adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions, and provide market intelligence on talent availability. Deliver qualified candidates quickly while maintaining an organized Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Currently reside in Pakistan
- Be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
- Work on-site five (5) days per week during the probationary period
- Successfully complete a background check, where permitted by local law
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Confidence conducting virtual interviews
- A curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
