Global Talent Development Program Leader

Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs tailored to target audiences. Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs, determine required leadership competencies, and partner across the company to identify program participants. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness by adjusting content and delivery based on feedback, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution. Develop metrics to track program success and report outcomes to key stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization and foster an inclusive learning environment. This fixed-term role requires 10% travel and is based in the 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience
- Min. of 5-10+ years experience and a track record of success delivering performance management programs that positively impact organizational performance and culture
- Highly developed analytical capability
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and common formulas
- Experience building data visualizations with PowerBI
- Experience with Workday Talent, Performance and Talent Optimization modules
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to story tell in PPT and leveraging data to build a business case for change
- Ability to effectively build relationships based on integrity, trust and transparency, and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and transition between tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to large, global audiences
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications

- Experimentation and growing proficiency in Gen AI tools and practices preferred
- experience building data visualizations with PowerBI is a plus
