Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide talent development and organizational design solutions for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management; partner with senior HR and business leaders to design and deliver talent management strategies, leadership development, learning strategy, performance management, and succession planning; drive organizational effectiveness across local, regional, and enterprise teams; provide consultative coaching to leaders, collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs, and leverage data to optimize talent outcomes; contribute to change initiatives and ensure effective communication of people moves and talent processes with cross-functional partners; strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, stakeholder management, and program management are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in any of the following: Leadership development & talent management (including coaching) OR Organization Development, Change and/or Organization Design OR HR Generalist OR Relevant HR specialist experience leading programs, processes, or other talent practices OR Learning or Program Development/Program Management.
