Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruitment across active roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and handover to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define ideal candidate profiles, and build shared pictures of what great looks like before a search begins. Run structured, values-aligned interview processes consistently across all roles, with completed scorecards at every stage. Lead sourcing for educator roles across multiple countries and age groups, building and maintaining active talent pipelines by location and age group. Use AI tools actively across the full recruiting workflow, continuously testing and refining applications to improve team efficiency. Ensure every candidate receives a timely, clear, and warm experience, meeting a 7-day response SLA and maintaining candidate NPS at or above 4.5 out of 5. Contribute to Boundless Life's presence in educator and hospitality talent communities through targeted outreach and engagement, sharing sourcing insights with the broader team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple countries
- Direct experience sourcing and hiring educators across international markets
- Experience using AI tools as a natural part of how you recruit, from sourcing and outreach to screening and pipeline management
- Ability to be rigorous about process: scorecards completed, records maintained, SLAs honored
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly across cultures and time zones
- Ability to represent an organization compellingly even to candidates who have never heard of it
- Data-oriented mindset with ability to speak concretely about pipeline quality, time to fill, and search performance
- Fluency in English
- Ability to operate from anywhere within a compatible timezone
- Ability to manage your own schedule
- Ability to focus on impact and outcomes
- Ability to work in a collaborative, globally-minded People team
- Ability to work in a recruiting function that is actively investing in AI, modern tooling, and proactive pipeline building
