Job Summary
Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports global TA and HR activities with administrative excellence across a matrix/global environment. Responsibilities include reference checks, personality assessments coordination, screening calls, maintaining candidate data in the ATS, recruitment data analytics, onboarding activities, coordinating interview schedules, providing administrative support to Global Functions HR/TA teams, and creating presentations for updates and leadership communication. Requirements include experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, strong organizational skills, high digital fluency with ATS (preferably SuccessFactors) and Microsoft 365 tools, end-to-end recruitment support (scheduling, screening, assessments, reference checks), and fluent English; additional languages are advantageous. The role emphasizes collaboration across geographically distributed teams and delivering structured, data-driven TA processes.
