Job Summary
Execute project management for innovative sustainable finance products, solutions, tools, events, and insights in collaboration with teams across Morgan Stanley Institutional Securities Group, Wealth Management, and Investment Management. Build strong working relationships across the EMEA region, provide support at client meetings and events, and originate commercially relevant ideas to drive innovation. Deliver high-quality sustainable investing analysis and market insights for business partners while producing content synthesizing trends, opportunities, and risks for diverse client and executive audiences. Operate collaboratively within a global team supporting initiatives across MENA and APAC, engaging with functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Corporate Communications, and Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Outstanding research capabilities
- Ability to originate and execute ideas that have impact with business partners and clients
- Familiarity with sustainable finance concepts, products, and data
- Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to convey key messages effectively
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the sustainable finance regulatory environment
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to work effectively as a self-starter

Desired Qualifications
- Ideally economics, finance or sustainability-related
- Masters or MBA
- Prior experience in a sustainable finance role within a global financial services firm
- Ideally based on prior experience
- Ideally both Europe and MENA
