Job Summary
Global Sustainability Customer Enablement Manager will own and coordinate end-to-end execution of sustainability-related customer requests, manage intake/classification/response/closure workflows with SLA adherence, maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence, execute PCF/LCA-related requests, and collaborate across Sustainability, Data & Systems, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams. The role requires proactive stakeholder communication, identifying standardization opportunities, and ensuring traceability of all sustainability-related customer activities in a global, cross-functional setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, customer enablement, compliance, or project management
- Experience handling customer negotiations, requests, questionnaires, or audit-related activities
- Exposure to PCF, LCA, carbon topics, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
- Strong ability to operate in global, cross-functional environments
- Excellent organizational and execution discipline
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
