Job Summary
Global SOPS Contract Specialist provides internal support and guidance for Account Executives in Salesforce's Global SMB business, including deal structure questions, quote and contract support, ACV calculations, account/customer org support, and ensuring quotes comply with revenue policies. Responsibilities include order processing, ensuring compliance to revenue and company policy, collaborating with Sales, Rev Recognition and Legal on contract issues and negotiation, creating/modifying quotes, maintaining SOX compliance, training Sales teams, contributing ideas to improve systems and processes, updating internal policies, participating in projects involving technical/financial concepts, reviewing contracts for completeness, assisting with billing disputes, sharing best practices, and building strong cross-functional relationships. Required skills include strong research and problem-solving abilities, communication skills, multi-project management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years sales operations or order management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written
