Job Summary
Global Support Agent responsible for handling inquiries across email, chat, and phone; resolve on-trip issues (vehicle problems, insurance claims, equipment failures) and coordinate with depots/external providers; manage disputes with tact, document interactions in internal systems, escalate complex cases, and provide guidance on vehicle operation and onboard systems. Requires handling multiple cases with urgency and empathy, continuous learning of fleet procedures, and collaboration with global support to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in emergency dispatching, roadside assistance, or high-level customer service
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Availability to work five 8-hour shifts per week, scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday through Sunday (rotational shifts)
- Mechanical, fleet, or campervan knowledge is a strong plus
