Global Supply Planner

Job Summary
Supply Planner role responsible for ensuring timely flow of goods from factories globally, closely matching customer requirements while managing inventory and Turns. Lead supplier allocation and scenario planning to balance demand against supplier capacity, create/update/align supply plans with suppliers, drive PO management with CCM Asia Hub, and represent Global Supply Planning in cross-functional engagements. Analyze data, highlight issues to senior leaders, participate in daily operations, and drive continuous process improvement. Requires collaboration with factories and the Production Office in Taiwan; bachelor’s degree with 5 years in global purchasing/supply chains; ERP knowledge (Epicor a plus); strong Excel/data analysis; strong presentation/communication skills; inventory management and negotiation skills are a plus; knowledge of hockey/sporting goods industry is an asset; bilingual (French and English).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration
- 5 years of relevant experience in Global purchasing and Supply Chains
- Strong ERP knowledge (Epicor is a plus)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
- Inventory management experience is a plus
- Negotiation abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hockey, sporting goods and/or apparel industry is an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English)
