Job Summary

Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio, driving on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery to point of use. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality to align on requirements, execution, and priorities. Identify and proactively communicate internal and external supply chain risks, then build and drive mitigation plans. Track supplier execution and manage closely schedule performance, leading recovery and improvement plans across schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability. This high-ownership role sets the playbook for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships at scale as Valar scales from pilot plant to serial production.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management
  • Proven track record managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience operating in an ERP-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to balance technical depth and

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Nuclear industry experience
  • CPIM certification
  • Start-up | Fast growth company experience a plus
