Global Supply Manager (Starlink)

Job Summary
Oversee global supply chain activities for Starlink hardware, leading supplier development, production ramp-ups, and cost optimization. Own on-site management at contract manufacturer partners to ensure development builds, ramp-ups, and mass production meet targets. Communicate production readiness, risks, and mitigation actions to leadership; forecast to suppliers, plan capacity, and track purchase orders while maintaining receiving accuracy. Collaborate with worldwide teams to plan manufacturing capacity, prepare for new product ramps, and drive supply projections. Build and manage budgets, analyze production equipment to identify cost and process optimization opportunities via data analytics, and negotiate to maximize value and ensure aligned cost targets. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for sourcing categories; create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and enable continuous cost reduction. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present value propositions to executives related to contracts, cost reviews, and critical supply issues. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract negotiation, material or production planning, Operations or supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling
