Job Summary
Global Supply Manager – PCBA to own commercial supplier relationships and the end-to-end PCBA supply chain for humanoid robotics, from prototype through production. Responsibilities include strategic global sourcing for PCBAs, market research on cost drivers and emerging technologies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing procurement processes, coordinating with engineering/production/quality to meet PCBA specifications, optimizing inventory, implementing risk mitigation and supplier-diversification strategies, driving cost reductions, overseeing supplier quality and audits, and selecting contract manufacturers to build critical components while aligning sourcing with product development and production timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain development or sourcing management
- Hands-on experience with PCBA/PCB components
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally 25%+
- Experience selecting contract manufacturers and managing supplier relationships
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams
- Experience with supplier audits and quality reviews
