Job Summary
Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end ODM/CM management for SpaceX compute servers and network hardware, define build strategies and SOWs, drive aggressive pricing, capacity commitments, and flexibility while maintaining high quality and reliability; standardize NPI-to-mass-production processes, implement inventory and WIP optimization, and establish weekly KPI reviews with leadership; role requires travel and onsite presence in Austin, TX with deep cross-functional collaboration across engineers, hardware teams, and manufacturing experts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Engineering
- 5+ years in global supply chain, ODM/CM management, or electronics manufacturing focusing on compute servers and networking hardware
- Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Onsite in Austin, TX
- ITAR requirements compliance: U.S. citizen or eligible permanent resident or protected status as described
