Global Supply Manager, GPU/Accelerators (Starlink)

Job Summary
Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and delivery of GPUs and AI accelerators for SpaceX's massive training clusters. Partner with engineers to define commodity strategy and multi-year roadmaps; build approved vendor lists; ensure supply plans 12–24 months ahead; manage aggressive supplier qualification, dual/multi-sourcing, and on-time delivery while supporting rapid cluster builds. Lead negotiations for pricing, volume commitments, early access to pre-production silicon, and long-term capacity reservations; deploy predictive analytics and AI-driven demand forecasting to mitigate risks; mentor cross-functional teams on supply chain best practices and foster a culture of ownership, speed, and technical depth. Basic qualifications emphasize semiconductor/accelerator supply experience and a strong technical understanding of GPU/accelerator architectures, advanced packaging, wafer fabrication, and familiarity with hyperscale environments; additional ITAR requirements and willingness to travel are noted. Position is based in Austin, TX and onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in business, supply chain, engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management with focus on semiconductors, GPUs, AI accelerators, or HPC hardware
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee or eligible to obtain required authorizations (ITAR)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
