Global Supply Manager, Contract Manufacturing (Starlink)

Global Supply Manager, Contract Manufacturing responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier analysis, and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders to enable cost reduction, improved supplier performance, and aligned procurement strategies for Starlink programs. Responsibilities include building project budgets and capex optimization, managing contract manufacturers’ day-to-day operations (capacity, equipment, materials readiness), issuing POs with MRP, mitigating supply risks, developing supplier scorecards, and coordinating with engineering and quality to address material rejections. Requires strong negotiation skills, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to travel up to 40%; ITAR/compliance knowledge and on-site work requirement are emphasized. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years in supply chain/engineering or 10+ years without degree; advanced degree preferred.
