Lead global category management to transform decentralized/site-driven procurement into a globally aligned center of excellence; develop global category strategy, governance, and sourcing frameworks; sponsor S2C tools and analytics; drive cost leadership through savings programs, inventory turns, and supplier performance; Direct unified contracting frameworks, risk management, and compliance; engage executive-level suppliers and align regional/site SCM with global category strategies to meet customer commitments; collaborate across divisions and regions to implement category strategies and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
