Job Summary
Global Supply Chain Compliance Manager 3 leads a cross-functional team to ensure SDS procurement activities comply with federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company policies. Responsibilities include audits and assessments of PO compliance, management of the PACE process, supplier due diligence, policy development, risk assessment, incident management, and training across GSC and suppliers. Requires US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and extensive experience in GSC compliance, regulatory requirements, and audits. Located in Roy, UT with a 9/80 schedule and relocation assistance potentially available. Primary salary range listed is $151,500–$227,300 with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8 years of supplier management, supply chain, procurement, GSC program management, GSC Compliance, or related experience; or 6 years with a master's degree; or 12 years with a high school diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree
- Experience with FAR/DFAR GSC regulations and understanding of GSC company Policies & Procedures
- Experience with the entire supply chain process from raw materials to finished goods
- Experience analyzing data to identify trends and potential compliance issues
- Experience leading and/or participating in DCMA CPSR and/or MMAS audits; experience engaging and presenting to DCMA and DACO
- Strong communication skills; ability to train employees and communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders at various levels
