Job Summary
Join Ashley Furniture as a Global Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring product availability aligns with demand forecasts. Execute purchase order management, analyze supply chain data using tools like Excel and ERP systems, and support product lifecycle planning. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply disruptions and recommend process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Buying, Inventory Control, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- APICS – CPIM or CSCP or ISM – Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supply Diversity (CPSD)
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
