Global Suppliers Planning Specialist

Job Summary
The Global Suppliers Planning Specialist will define and manage reorders for finished goods from third-party suppliers, distribute stock across the network, and monitor key KPIs (Service Level, OTD, Inventory Level, Write-Off Risks) in collaboration with Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Quality Assurance. The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, continuous improvement in planning processes, and proactive prioritization to ensure product availability and service targets. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics, fluency in English plus Italian or German, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Office tools, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian or German
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills

- Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Define planning of reorders for finished goods from third-party suppliers and distribution across network
