Job Summary
Global Supplier Quality Engineer responsibilities include evaluating potential new suppliers through technical capability assessments, executing DFMAT, SAF, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PV&V, FAI, LRA, and SICR; managing APQP during NPI projects to maintain quality and timelines; documenting detailed quality requirements in the Supplier Project Book; facilitating DfX collaboration between R&D and suppliers to improve design quality; ensuring CtQ characteristics are communicated and maintained; executing Part Submission Warrant plans and line releases; supporting supplier improvement and development on APQP; reviewing Supplier Agreements and coordinating Supplier Corrective Action Requests to address defects; providing guidance on quality processes and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years of experience (preferred)
