Global Supplier Planner

Global Supplier Planner responsible for executing Hasbro's supplier-related supply strategies, coordinating with manufacturing partners, leading the monthly S&OP process for assigned suppliers, and driving continuous improvement across data accuracy, demand-supply matching, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Sourcing, Materials Operations, Global Network Planning, and Logistics. Key activities include adjusting weekly plans to meet service targets, proactively resolving supplier constraints, managing supplier master data accuracy, monitoring production release activities, conducting factory visits to identify root causes of production issues, and acting as the single point of contact for daily to yearly supplier operations, with a focus on sustaining supply continuity and optimal service levels.
