Job Summary
Vice President in Global Structuring – Credit & Fund Finance leads end-to-end structuring and execution of credit and fund financing solutions across infrastructure, sports financing, and ABF. Partners with Sales, Trading, Global Banking, and the Private Bank to define client strategy, marketing, and execution; negotiates termsheets and legal documentation; develops repeatable structuring approaches and risk controls; accelerates origination with sponsors, leagues, and GPs; manages post-close financing inquiries; provides high-quality product guidance and market context to internal partners; leads complex collateral and intercreditor analyses in collaboration with Trading, Global Banking, Risk, and Legal; contributes to the broader Global Structuring organization across institutional structuring and solutions teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Series 7 and 63
- Sector specialization in digital infrastructure / infrastructure fund finance / sports financing / ABF
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mentality
- Resilience across lengthy negotiations and long lead times
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
- Ability to originate and execute credit and fund financing solutions across multiple growth areas
