Job Summary
Reconcile Compass acquisition invoices and validate budget amounts in Salesforce. Process new vendor agreements and manage contract fixed and variable annual budget fees. Input ICE renewal updates for 35 active agreements and assist with First Street Integration and Exchange regulatory policy changes. Reach out to Carbon Market Registries and leverage AI productivity tools to improve efficiency in data analysis tasks. This internship supports the Global Strategic Sourcing – Market Data procurement team in Monterrey, reporting to Chicago, as we strengthen global markets by connecting participants across the financial ecosystem with a common language.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets and reports
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when validating data or identifying discrepancies
- Experience working with Excel and familiarity with data tools such as Salesforce, SQL, or reporting platforms
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the ability to leverage AI-assisted solutions to improve efficiency, documentation, and data analysis tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to operational requests
