Global Strategic E-Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, e-Auctions) using SAP Ariba, ensuring competitive outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Perform spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and develop data-driven category strategies. Design and execute e-auction strategies that maximize supplier participation and deliver measurable cost reductions. Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers and internal teams on SAP Ariba tools and digital procurement processes. Act as the subject matter expert for e-Sourcing, driving continuous improvement and adoption of digital sourcing practices globally.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Procurement or Source-to-Pay domain
- Hands-on experience managing sourcing events in SAP Ariba (Sourcing and Supplier modules)
- Spend analysis experience and translating findings into strategies
- Experience running e-Auctions with cost savings
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across regions and time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
