Job Summary
Lead global strategic accounts across multinational customers in Food & Beverage and Life Sciences; define and drive the global account strategy, build strategic partnerships, and secure long-term framework and enterprise-value agreements. Oversee cross-functional execution to deliver profitable growth, margin optimization, and forecast accuracy while guiding a team of Strategic Account Managers. Role requires on-site engagement, high-level executive communication, and significant travel; candidate should bring 10+ years of commercial, global account management experience, Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s preferred), and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial experience, including direct responsibility for global key or strategic account management
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage and/or Life Sciences
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and executive presence, with fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel up to 50% and operate in an on-site role
