Job Summary
Lead development and governance of Logistics enterprise standards for a global organization. Drive global standardization of end-to-end logistics processes, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, planning, and finance, manage documentation/version control, and deploy standards globally while aligning with Compliance. Responsible for defining best-in-class people, process, systems, and metrics for SLT operations; drive assessments, targeted improvements, and governance boards; enable AI-enabled solutions and partner with segments to generate demand. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years in logistics process development, with strong leadership and matrix-environment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics process development and deployment
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to synthesize inputs into simple solutions and messages
- Proven leadership and people-management experience
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills
- Experience translating business strategy into execution
- Experience influencing at all levels in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with digital and AI tools
