Job Summary
Global Standards Owner, Logistics to lead development, standardization, and governance of logistics enterprise standards, driving end-to-end process design and cross-functional integration. Responsible for defining best-in-class standards for people, process, systems, and metrics across SLT operations; maintaining documentation version control; enabling AI solutions and supporting marketplace growth; coordinating with segments and governance boards to align roadmaps and drive global deployment. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 5-10 years in logistics process development, strong leadership in a matrix environment, and ability to synthesize inputs into simple, actionable solutions. Location-focused collaborations across multiple Belgium sites (Courcelles, Diegem, La Louvière) with in-person work arrangements; extensive stakeholder management and cross-country alignment emphasized.
