Job Summary
Global Sr. Commercial Product Manager - Table Games leads market and commercial strategy across regulated and emerging markets, translating operator and player insights into actionable product and feature requirements, supporting regional pricing and product placement, and coordinating with sales, finance, regulatory, and engineering teams. The role requires building market intelligence, managing cross-functional partnerships, leading pre-sales scoping and post-installation reviews, driving GTM and go-to-market training, and guiding commercial proposals and RFP responses. Travel (approximately 20–40%) and multi-country responsibilities are inherent, with a focus on Table Games, gaming systems, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Gaming Technology required
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 8–12 years of professional experience in the casino gaming or gaming technology industry
- 5+ years in a technical-commercial or product leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country commercial operations in a gaming landscape
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, gaming culture, and player behavior differences by market
