Manage relationships with overseas manufacturers and suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, lead times, and supply agreements. Oversee import logistics, including ocean freight, customs, and supplier coordination, and lead product development initiatives to source new products and identify manufacturing partners. Analyze purchasing data, inventory levels, and market trends to support business growth, collaborating with sales and operations to align purchasing strategies with customer demand. Support and help develop the purchasing team as the company grows. Requires 5–10 years of purchasing, sourcing, or import experience, with a strong background in international sourcing and supplier negotiations.
