Job Summary
Global Sourcing Manager – PCBA/SMT role based remotely with in-person requirement near Warren, Michigan. You’ll develop PCBA supply chains, manage RFQs, contracts, supplier relationships, and budgeting for GM GPSC, leading cross-functional alignment and change management, with travel up to 5-10% domestically and internationally. Requires 2+ years in purchasing/supply chain/product management and a Bachelor's degree; relocation benefits may be offered. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, negotiation, and vendor performance, within an automotive/electronics context.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant work experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics or product development (any internship or co-op experience will not be considered)
- Demonstrates ability to execute with direction or support in: Data Judgement, Informative Communication, Relationship Management
- Emerging ability in Negotiation, Analytical Thinking, Results Focus, Workload Management
- Ability to travel 5-10% domestically + internationally
