Global Sourcing Manager - Global Real Estate, Facilities, Travel and Fleet

Job Summary
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet, and Travel categories to optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and drive cost optimization. Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives including market assessments, RFI/RFP development, negotiations, and contract execution while managing relationships with brokers, leasing providers, fleet management companies, and travel partners. Partner with Commercial, R&D, Finance, and business stakeholders to support new product launches, strengthen supply resilience, and deliver industry-leading cost positions. Manage category spend through forecasting, benchmarking, and performance reporting to achieve annual savings targets and support long-term organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, corporate real estate, facilities management, fleet, travel, or related indirect spend categories
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and large-scale sourcing initiatives
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management capabilities
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- CPSM, CIPS, IFMA, CoreNet, or equivalent professional certification
- Global procurement and category management experience
- Experience supporting large corporate real estate portfolios and multi-site operations
- Proficiency with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, CoStar, or similar procurement and real estate management platforms
