Job Summary
Review high-level requirements with Digital Delivery Services management to assess GIO infrastructure impacts for all demands and projects. Collaborate with GIO teams for project gate reviews, ensuring documentation includes infrastructure components and providing recommendations for Gate approval. Lead technical solutioning sessions with Service Line Directors and Demand Managers to define requirements, document IT Infrastructure Solution Designs, and coordinate resourcing models. Liaise with the Global Architecture team to provide updates on Americas projects, participate in global evolution meetings, and maintain the GIO Americas Architecture roadmap. Ensure alignment with existing project governance activities and manage escalated multi-service line demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience)
- 5 - 7 years experience in IT (i.e. Solution Architect, Enterprise Architecture, Network Architecture, Cloud Architecture etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience managing projects involving integrations, infrastructure or complex technical landscapes
- Strong knowledge of customers (business, culture, needs)
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability
- Technical background, good grasp of IT Infrastructure solutions (Networking, Data/Cloud, Computing, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with ITSM, preferably ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of products / service sold
