Job Summary
Own consolidated reporting of Salomon SG&A actuals, budget, and rolling forecasts by area, developing standardized OPEX dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor cost efficiency. Coordinate total CAPEX tracking across Salomon with IT, Retail, and Sustainability teams on capital project planning, while acting as dedicated financial controller for major transformation programs. Support project sponsors with financial business cases, budget construction, and in-year monitoring, maintaining a consolidated view of project commitments versus approved envelopes to flag deviations and support corrective action planning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Business School or equivalent
- English Fluent - C1 minimum
- 8–10 years of experience in Finance (controlling, FP&A, financial planning & analysis)
- Demonstrated track record in OPEX / SG&A controlling in a complex, multi-function environment
- Proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel), ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), BI/reporting tools
- Strong command of financial management, consolidation and database concepts
- Experience building reporting frameworks from scratch (dashboards, KPI definitions)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities — able to turn complex data into clear management insight
- Autonomous, structured and delivery-oriented; comfortable working in ambiguity during organizational transitions
- Natural business partner mindset — credible and influential with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative; able to build bridges across Controlling sub-teams (Business, Transformation, EMEA)
- Proactive in identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in project financial management or transformation program controlling is a strong plus
- Exposure to international / global scope preferred
- Exposure to listed compagny
