Job Summary
Global Services Program Manager to drive NPDI and digital/service initiatives within the Global Services organization. Lead cross-functional programs across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and regional Service teams; manage NPDI lifecycle from concept to launch; oversee schedules, risks, and budgets; develop dashboards with Power BI; drive governance improvements and scalable processes; travel up to 10-15% internationally; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in PM/PMO with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably within a global matrix organization
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in product or service development environments (NPDI preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience supporting digital transformation or service enablement initiatives
- Advanced experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
