Job Summary
Global Services Business Manager – Senior Associate responsible for partnering with senior leaders to develop investment business cases and KPIs, driving initiative tracking, delivering executive-level ad hoc requests, and producing data-driven analyses. Focus on translating large datasets into actionable insights, creating concise management reporting, and preparing executive communications and presentations for leadership forums (Town Halls, All-hands, offsites). Requires collaboration across Product, Operations, Transformation, Business Management, and Data & Analytics, with strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills and a Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of financial data analysis experience and a proven ability to communicate initiatives effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial data analysis and storytelling
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate initiatives effectively
