Job Summary
Global Service Executive responsible for end-to-end service delivery for High Net Worth clients within Global Private Banking, including processing client instructions, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Works with Front Office, Administrators and Onshore Middle Office Support; duties include conducting research to resolve discrepancies, maintaining service levels, disseminating account details to Front Office Managers, resolving reconciliation breaks, complying with policies and procedures, and escalating inquiries as needed. Requires understanding of products and services offered within Wealth; proactive in improving customer experience and submitting ideas via Idea HUB; familiarity with Group compliance policy, Operational Risk and SOX as applicable to the function.
