Job Summary
Global Service Desk role based in Lund for a 12-month contract through Incluso, 100% onsite starting September 2026. Responsibilities include adhering to defined processes and standards, resolving tickets per SLA and KPIs, identifying incidents per problem management, escalating appropriately, collaborating with global and local support teams, training users to be self-sufficient, and updating service desk documentation. Technical duties include providing support via phone and remote control, hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Teams, and OneDrive, and hardware experience. ITIL v3.0 Foundation, excellent command of English, Spanish, and Swedish, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, stakeholder management, multitasking, and a service-minded, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish
- Full-time consultant position onsite in Lund
- 12-month contract to begin with
- ITIL v3.0 Foundation
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Teams, and OneDrive
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware
- Typing speed exceeding 200 characters per minute
