Job Summary
Global Senior Product Manager – Thermal Systems responsible for defining product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution across global markets. Lead pricing strategies, VOC alignment, and development of Thermal System value propositions; drive NPDI and new product development; enable sales through training and tools; represent Thermal Systems at global events and with key customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative thermal solutions across the thermal chain from grid or on-site power generation to heat reuse.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, commercial product leadership, or related roles
- Proven track record in new product introduction, commercialization, and product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of emerging thermal technologies and energy systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Global experience or exposure to international markets is preferred
