Global Senior Manager of Learning & Development at ERGO NEXT responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving global learning strategies that sharpen technical skills and drive organizational transformation. Combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to build scalable programs, facilitate training both virtually and in-person, partner with leaders across the business, and champion AI enablement. Capabilities include developing an AI skills framework, persona-based learning paths, assessing skills gaps, delivering workshops and self-directed courses, mentoring programs, onboarding, and ensuring learning content meets quality and accessibility standards. You will coach SMEs to become effective trainers, align initiatives with business priorities and roadmaps, and build global metrics to measure impact across locations. The role requires experience leading global L&D efforts, strong cross-cultural communication, and staying current with trends in AI-enabled learning and skills-based organization design.
