Job Summary
Global Senior Director, RevOps & GTM Operations leads Botify's end-to-end revenue engine, orchestrating revenue operations and go-to-market processes to enable predictable, scalable growth by aligning Sales, Marketing and Account Management around a unified revenue motion. The role also foundations a broader GTM Operations organization spanning Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and operational support for adjacent functions (Product, Engineering), and leads Botify's AI-powered GTM transformation across the revenue lifecycle. Responsibilities include unifying cross-functional teams, turning data into decisions with a single source of truth, owning lead-to-cash processes, defining and executing an AI-powered GTM roadmap, and owning the GTM tech stack (CRM/CPQ/marketing automation/conversation intelligence/data platform). The day-to-day involves running global RevOps, Marketing Ops and Revenue Enablement teams, managing forecast cadence with C-Suite, implementing governance across pipeline and deals, enabling AI adoption, ensuring global best practices for quote/contract management, and partnering with Finance and Services on revenue planning and customer lifecycle. This role requires leading a high-performing, globally distributed team and communicating complex operational topics to executive leadership. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations or Enterprise Data Management
- 3+ years in a senior leadership position
- Proven track record building, leading and scaling RevOps/GTM Ops functions in high-growth B2B SaaS (ideally with international scope)
- Hands-on mastery of modern GTM tech stack (Salesforce or equivalent CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, CS platform, BI/data warehouse)
- Experience deploying AI and automation across revenue engine with measurable outcomes
- Ability to drive change in a revenue organization and design new processes
- Excellent executive presence and ability to translate operational topics into business outcomes
- Strong collaborative problem-solving across functions, regions, and seniority levels
- Full professional fluency in English
- Nice-to-have: experience evolving RevOps into broader GTM Ops including Marketing/Product Ops, experience with hyperscaler partnerships, CPQ governance, complex enterprise contracts
- Background in consulting, Finance, FP&A or Venture Capital
- Working knowledge of French (nice to have)
- Experience partnering with Finance on revenue planning and ARR reporting
- Experience partnering with Services on customer lifecycle and future PMO
- Willingness to travel as needed
