Job Summary
Global Segment Leader – Agriculture will lead Momentive’s global Agriculture segment, setting strategy and driving growth across commercial, marketing, R&D, and operations; responsible for new business development, go-to-market strategy, voice of the customer, and cross-functional alignment to achieve targets such as EBITDA, NPI performance, and 5-year growth plans; will partner with sales leadership, regional teams, and product management to enable profitable growth, manage pricing strategy, and drive innovation and market leadership. The role requires leading global teams, developing strategic marketing and demand-generation programs, and ensuring regional readiness for product launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5 years of commercial/business leadership experience
- 3 years leading a global team
- Working knowledge of U.S. and global agricultural market trends, customers, and technologies
- Experience with P&L, forecasting, and ROI-based decision-making
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, R&D, operations) to drive growth and execution
