Job Summary
Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives, tracking progress and preparing presentations for senior leaders. Support design, build, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by crafting operational playbooks and directly configuring hardware and software. Perform complex data analysis to synthesize program trends, build dashboards, and syndicate reporting to strategic stakeholders. Engage third-party vendors to influence roadmaps while maintaining compliance, audit evidence, and technical documentation. Work autonomously in high-pressure environments to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product management
- The technical aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly and simultaneously

- Industry knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)

- Able to confidently synthesize and present complex data

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Technical Security program and/or product management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or technology
- Strong proficiency with SQL or other similar database tools and script/query languages
- Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies of software development
