Job Summary
Technical Security Project Manager leading a multi-year transformation within Global Security for North America Corporate and Retail. Manages a book of work across security programs, coordinates external vendors and MSPs to deliver secure, value-driven solutions (including ATM deployment nationwide), develops security plans, participates in security assessments and project meetings, and maintains data in PM databases. Requires strong project management ( Agile & Waterfall ), ability to produce executive-level reports, risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration across security platforms (PSIM/PIAM/PACS/VMS) with familiarity in Bluebeam and AutoCAD for construction document markup and floor plans.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a project manager in a security-related position
- experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- organizational management including strategic planning, budgeting, project management
- ability to work with and manipulate data; CSV files
- prepare executive level reports to track targets and budgets
- support senior management by identifying risks and ensuring business continuity
- lead working groups on technical security operations, strategies, risks, and product support
- expert project management skills (Agile & Waterfall)
- familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD for markup, measurement and management of construction docs and floor plans
- knowledge of physical security tech (PSIM, PIAM, PACS, VMS, physical intrusion detection and alarm monitoring)
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of IT infrastructure and network design (preferred)
- federal background check eligibility per policy
