Job Summary
Global Security Operations Manager responsible for leading the 24/7 GSOC operations at the Richmond Corporate Campus, overseeing security personnel (including contractors), incident detection and triage, video review and evidence preservation, intelligence monitoring, policy enforcement, and crisis/risk management. The role involves coordinating with regional teams, vendors, and law enforcement; delivering reports and performance metrics; and developing training and awareness programs to strengthen organizational readiness. In-office role with Monday–Friday schedule, occasional evening/overnight coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- 5–8 years of experience in security operations, intelligence operations and emergency communications environments
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or experience serving as an informal operational leader
- Hands-on operational responsibilities in roles like GSOC, EOC, or 911/Department of Emergency Communications
- Strong understanding of security technologies and operational best practices
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop security personnel and contractors
- Experience with security monitoring, incident management, and reporting tools
- Ability to operate effectively in high-stress environments and maintain confidentiality
