Job Summary
Entry-level Global Security Operations Center Operator on site in Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, responding to incidents and alarms, maintaining GSOC-standard operating procedures, managing life-safety and access-control functions, investigating alarms, and communicating security issues to leadership. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work night shifts (11:00PM/11:30PM to 07:00AM/07:30AM, Thursday - Monday). Training is provided, with a clear progression path toward becoming an Intelligence Analyst in the private sector. Preferred familiarity with incident management platforms and CCTV tools; basic IT literacy and strong written/spoken English are important.
